We are a California Certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) specializing in all aspects of bridge and building engineering. Dr. Toorak Zokaie, Our President, has been involved in seismic retrofit, special analysis, research and code and software development for bridge engineering. We have also designed several buildings ranging from commercial to multi-family residential and custom homes. Other projects include shoring and retaining wall design and training.

We are located in suburb of Sacramento, California. However, we are available to perform work in other states. We have the latest structural analysis software and hardware capabilities to perform small and large jobs efficiently and with highest quality.
